Worst French Fries in town. Fries are charred and over cooked. Late delivery. Really can't understand how could they deliver this quality of food to customers. Definitely will never order from Italian Heaven again.

Slice of heaven or CALIFORNIA PIZZA OVEN Literally just ordered this piece of fresh hell. Pizza arrived uncut disgusting probably frozen and my 20 wings were instead 6 tenders and fries.. we salvaged the tenders and trashed everything elseCalled back with same result. Got the word from hotel staff they may even try and take your cc info. Turning into BBB or someone asap. Please dont go here. We knew we should have asked front desk if any good. Only 1 star because 0 wasnt an option.

I wish I could leave less stars. Everything we got delivered was COLD and GROSS. The wings were just plain and sitting in a pool of sauce, the cheese sticks were stuck together and hard and had no cheese. The pizza was the worst part, not only did they bring the WRONG PIZZA, it was paper thin and when we tried to take a piece it was stuck down on the box. Overall a horrible experience and we are getting a refund and putting it in the trash where it belongs. Take your business anywhere else.

BEST FOOD EVER if it were Opposite Day

We had a horrible experience when we ordered the first night. By horrible, I just mean that it was late at night with 4 hungry children and the food took longer than we were told it would. When it finally got here it was cold, but still tasted good. I called back to complain and the manager, Dave, apologized and took care of dinner for my family the next night. He even personally delivered the food to make sure it arrived on time and warm to our hotel. The food tasted great. He certainly made up for the bad experience the night before.

We are staying in a Disney resort for vacation so we thought we would order pizza to save a little money. The to-go menu was left outside of our door and since Disney allowed them to come into our resort, we thought we would give them a shot! We called and the person that answered the phone was unprofessional and did not allow us to pay with a credit card; he insisted that we pay with cash. The pizza took over an hour to arrive and it was room temperature despite being 3 miles away from the resort. The driver discounted it upon request but even then the food was subpar. I highly recommend calling a different location and Disney should not allow this restaurant near their property.

We ordered a Supreme pizza and it came with just bell peppers and Pepperoni on it, the pizza wasn't cut right, and it was over priced. We got a salad as well and the Lettuce was old. The cheese sticks we ordered were cold as was the rest of the food. We ordered garlic bread and didn't get it. The delivery guy tried to get 10 extra dollars off of me as well. Very bad food, not worth the price at all.

It's a scam! These people take advantage of tourists staying in hotels looking for a quick family meal. We ordered a salad and some wings from them. They insisted on cash. (Which we luckily had) The delivery was over an hour and the they delivered to us someones else order . We tried calling to complain but they just hanged up on us. Why are they still in business??? Such an easy and simple court case if I lived in the same state.

Very, very thin slice of Italian heaven. We ordered a chocolate cake dessert for $3.99, expecting something similar to Pizza Huts small chocolate cake. What we got was one thin, irregularly cut portion of what appeared to be a 6 inch bundt cake. When we talked with the manager she explained that the cake is sold by the slice and if we wanted the whole 6" cake we needed to buy 12 slices for a total of $48. For a six inch chocolate cake. The sodas were cool, not cold, the pizza was unremarkable but not greasy, the delivery was late, and the desert was a swindle.

Do not waste your money! Way better off ordering dominos. We bought the "couples special" which ended up costing $45 dollars. Taste like microwaved pizza. I guess the only positive would be our cans of coke were cold. TERRIBLE. People I am telling you, do not order this.

Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever ordered from. Paid $56 on a pizza that didn’t even have all the toppings I ordered, a chicken parmesan that was unsalted and bland, & ordered a 10 piece hot wing that I never got but instead received a chicken tender meal. I called and complained & I was told he was sending someone back out for my chicken wings and I never got them. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

This place is an end to end disaster. Order pizza/wings from ANYWHERE else. Delivery took over 2 hours for 2 pizzas, some onion rings, and some mozzarella sticks. When the items finally arrived, they were cold (obviously) and they "must have forgotten" the 2nd pizza. The delivery girl backed off $14 at the door. When I got upstairs, I found the mozzarella sticks void of cheese, packed in the same container as the onion rings, and surrounded by dirty ketchup packets (no marinara). When I called back to the store to speak with a manager, I was told the manager was not going to be in until 10:30 PM and that the store was "a cluster f**k" right now. I was given the mobile number of "David" and was asked by the cook to send him a text to discuss a cash refund. I sent an informative text but have yet to receive any form of response. I really wish I had looked this place up before calling a number on a flyer. Believe EVERY review on this site. This establishment is truly 1 star.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Worst "Italian" I've ever had. Couldn't get past the sight of it, let alone first bite.They slipped their flyer under our hotel door. Our hotel is fancy, so I wasn't expecting extremely cheap-quality food.Don't fall for it like we did!

All the reviews of this establishment are true! Wish I had read them before I ordered. I placed an order for mozzarella sticks and chicken fingers w/fries at 10:53 PM. I waited until 11:45 and the food still had not arrived. I called and the employee said the food should arrive “at any minute”. 30 minutes later, I call to cancel the order. I later get a call from the delivery person to come to the lobby to check out the food. The whole point of asking for my room number is for YOU to come UPSTAIRS and deliver the pizza to ME! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! It should be called “Slice of Italian Hell”, not “Slice of Italian Heaven”.
